This following method can completely give a makeover from xp to cool looking ubuntu.
Instructions
1.first download the below file and unzip it.
2.open uxpatcher folder and install it.
3.open tango patcher folder and install it.(select ubuntu icons in the selection menu).
4.it asks for a restart..(perform it now itself).
5.open hman folder.
6.and double click on human.msstyles
7.now u can see the difference.
8.select the reqired wallpaper.(included)
9.you may even change th fonts.(included)
9.you may even install cursors(included)
10.boot screen (incuded)
